It is better than you think

During the next World Happiness Fes t in March, we will have five days to talk about our future. Each day will have its own topic, but each of those will have something to do with happiness.

Why? Because happiness is something, we all need to uphold. It’s something that every human being on this planet deserve, and we all as the leaders of today and tomorrow have to work together to make this dream a reality.

The World Happiness Agora is one way we believe will get people to think and entice them to action.

We will talk about five distinct topics:

  1. Future of Health
  2. Future of Education
  3. Future of Self-Mastery and Social Development
  4. Future of Work
  5. Future of Transformative Technologies

We know that these are the most important things we need to work and strive to make them better in the future. All of these aspects of our lives have the same goal – to give us a better world to live in and to increase the overall happiness of humanity.

In today’s article, we’ll discuss all five, and everything how they can improve in the future through a joint effort of all of us. We will include studies and statistics that clearly show how all of this can make the world a better place.

Future of Health

There’s plenty of research that can support this valid assertion. Positive emotions are known to play an integral role in making you healthier and living longer. Naturally, it’s not all about feelings; you still need to work on lowering your stress, and making an effort to feel happier.

The important thing here is that happiness does influence health, and it’s our and the belief of other professionals and futurists, that doctors need to start monitoring positive emotions in the same way they do with negative ones.

We need to start changing our ways of dealing with people’s’ health because positive people are 47% more likely to eat healthy foods, they are 33% more likely to exercise more, they are less likely to have troubles sleeping, and they can feel less stress as happiness can lower our stress levels.

There are so many ways in which happiness influences our health that it’s mind baffling why we don’t pay more attention to it in our health systems across nations.

Join us in March 2020 where the world-leading futurists and health professionals will discuss the role of happiness in health and how the future of health should look like.

Future of Education

Just as happiness plays a huge role in health, so it does in education. You might be wonderin
