Free content: essays, assessments (FP20, ROUSER), daily Pulse, the public ICEF framework and the Member Portal core features.

Paid services: 1:1 sessions, programs, retreats, certifications, gifts and memberships. The terms specific to each purchase are presented at checkout and form part of these Terms.

Coaching, hypnotherapy and the educational content on this site are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services. You remain responsible for any decisions taken on the basis of the content offered here.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Each paid service has its own cancellation and rescheduling policy, shown at the moment of booking and in the confirmation email. As a digital and personal-service provider, refunds are governed by these per-service policies and by applicable consumer law.

All content on this site (text, images, audio, code, frameworks such as ICEF / FP20 / ROUSER / GPTM, and books referenced) is owned by Luis Miguel Gallardo or used under licence. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Any other use — reproduction, redistribution, translation, derivative training of AI models — requires prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the journal entries, assessment answers and Peace Letters you write in the member portal. You grant us a strictly limited licence to store and process them for the purpose of operating the service. We do not sell user content and we do not use it to train external AI models.

You agree not to use the site to infringe any law, to harass other users, to attempt to access areas you are not authorised to access, to scrape content for unauthorised commercial use, or to interfere with the site's operation.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence, up to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence when applicable.
