How it works

1. Your organisation opens its space

You create the account and pick a plan size (from 5 people). You become its admin.

2. You invite the team in one click

We generate unique invite codes. Each employee redeems one with their personal account — their data stays private.

3. The dashboard builds itself

As your team completes FP20 and ROUSER, you see anonymous averages by pillar. You never see individual results — anonymisation requires at least 5 people.

4. Every quarter, a culture report

An AI writes a report in Luis's voice: what the quarter is telling you, one brave invitation, one weekly 15-minute practice, and a line for the CEO.
