Mario walked into the session with a heavy presence. It wasn’t just his posture or the slow, deliberate way he spoke—it was something deeper. A palpable weight, as if he carried lifetimes of sorrow, confusion, and longing for relief. His words echoed from a deep well: “I feel guilty… sad… worthless. I want to get to a place where I feel accepted by myself, without fear of rejection or being judged.”

It was a plea from the soul.

Mario had lived with these feelings for as long as he could remember. Beneath his functional, day-to-day life was a storm of inner voices and unmet needs. “I look for instant gratification,” he confessed. “I can no longer hear my heart… it makes me feel small, in need.” When he procrastinated, it wasn’t just delaying tasks—it was a subconscious pattern of self-abandonment. “It stops me from doing what matters,” he whispered. “I feel blocked… scared… judged. I feel like I’m failing myself by postponing myself.”

His body language told the same story. His chest felt tight, his stomach often uneasy—lower energy centers stagnant, holding emotional memories he could not explain.

After carefully building trust over initial sessions, we agreed to initiate a Past Life Regression (PLR) session under deep trance, following a rigorous protocol to ensure safety, grounding, and soul-level integration. Mario had a strong intention: “I want to feel my heart again. I want to follow it.”

Induction and Descent

Using breathwork, deep relaxation techniques, and age regression to prepare the subconscious mind, we gradually opened the portal to subconscious imagery. When Mario reached a state of somnambulism, I gently suggested:

“You are now traveling to a time and place where the root of this guilt, sadness, and disconnection first began… a lifetime where this pattern of worthlessness and fear took hold.”

Within minutes, his facial muscles shifted. His breath slowed. His jaw softened. He had arrived.

The Past Life: A Man in Isolation

Mario found himself in a cold, stone cottage on the outskirts of a dark forest. He was a man in his early 30s, poor and isolated. The year was unclear, but it felt like early 1800s Europe. He lived alone, disconnected from society. The first emotion he expressed was shame—he had left a woman he loved after impregnating her. Out of fear and cowardice, he vanished. The belief: “I am not worthy of love. I ruin lives.”

In this past life, he was seen as a disgrace in the nearby village. Children were told to stay away from his house. Rumors spread about his broken mind and his sin. He was starving—not just physically, but emotionally. The yearning to connect was strong, but the fear of rejection even stronger.

“I spend my days thinking about her,” he whispered in trance. “But I can’t go back. I can’t look at her. I can’t bear the judgment… I can’t forgive myself.”

When I asked him what he believed about himself in that life, he replied, “I’m empty… worthless… broken. I should not have been born.”

The End of That Life

We moved to the final moments of that life. He was lying in bed, weak, frail, bones protruding. No one was there. His last thoughts before dying:

“I wasted this life. I didn’t make amends. I couldn’t love. I only hid. I regret everything.”

His soul left the body heavy with grief. But this was the moment of transformation.

As we guided Mario’s awareness into the space between lives, something incredible happened. The higher self emerged. A wiser, more luminous presence came forward—compassionate, calm, and connected. In this expanded awareness, we facilitated a dialogue between his past life self, his present self, and his soul.

The Triadic Integration: Merging Past, Present, and Soul

His soul addressed the past life self:

“You carried so much pain, but you were never alone. Your fear disconnected you from your heart, but not from me. You thought you needed to be perfect to be loved. But your essence was always love.”

His present self listened. Tears rolled down Mario’s face in trance. His hands opened, palms up. “I always felt judged, like I was trying to be someone else’s version of me,” he said. “Now I see… I was enough. Even then.”

His soul then turned to his present self:

“You are not wasting your time. Every delay, every ‘failure,’ is a pause for healing. You are learning to listen to your heart again—not because it’s easy, but because you’re ready. You are not failing yourself. You are finding yourself.”

The guilt began to loosen. The sadness began to melt. The part of him that once craved approval now softened into a quiet yearning for truth.

Forgiveness Ritual

In trance, we created a space for Mario to forgive his past life self. He visualized walking into the stone cottage as his present self and holding the old man—embracing him, whispering, “I see you. I forgive you. You don’t need to carry this anymore.”

The past life self wept in his arms and vanished into light.

Then we completed a soul retrieval—bringing back the lost parts of love, purpose, and heart connection into his energy field. We visualized golden light entering his lower chakras, moving from his stomach to his heart, flowing through his throat. His energy body shifted tangibly, his voice growing steadier.

“I can feel my heart,” he said. “I am my heart.”

Integration and Awakening

After gently returning from trance, Mario stayed still for minutes. Eyes closed, breathing slowly, as if savoring a new frequency of being. When he finally spoke, his words were simple:

“Something deep inside me… has changed. I feel… connected.”

In the days that followed, Mario shared that his procrastination lessened. He began waking up with more focus. The constant loop of seeking approval started to dissolve. He had deeper, more present conversations with loved ones—especially in romantic contexts. And he stopped abandoning his heart.

He wrote to me a few weeks later:

“I now understand that I wasn’t looking for someone else’s love—I was longing to remember that I am love. That has changed everything.”

Reflections on the Case

Mario’s journey through Past Life Regression was a masterclass in how the subconscious stores ancient stories of shame, disconnection, and regret, and how the higher self can alchemize them into healing. This was not simply a story about a past life—it was a re-coding of present-day beliefs and energetic imprints. A homecoming.

He came in seeking self-acceptance without fear of rejection. He left knowing that the greatest acceptance is not from others—it’s from the part of us that remembers we were never broken.

That is the real miracle of hypnotherapy.
