Self-Love
Lana came to me seeking help for a profound feeling of abandonment that had overshadowed her life. Her goals were clear: she wanted to understand why she felt abandoned, find clarity, and learn how to prevent moments of sadness from taking control. But what emerged in our hypnotherapy sessions went far deeper, as we uncovered layers of pain, guilt, and self-doubt stemming from childhood memories.
The Roots of Abandonment
Through hypnotherapy, we regressed to pivotal moments in Lana's life. Many of these memories revolved around her relationship with her mother, whose misbehavior often left Lana feeling unloved and unworthy. Her mother, as we discovered, carried the scars of her own childhood abandonment. This unresolved pain had inadvertently shaped the way she treated Lana, perpetuating a cycle of hurt.
Adding to this was the tragic death of Lana’s father. His untimely passing left her heartbroken and compounded her feelings of abandonment. Lana felt not only the void of his absence but also an overwhelming sense of guilt and self-blame, as if his departure somehow reflected her own inadequacy.
The Session: Transforming the Inner Landscape

Next, we addressed Lana's anger and resentment toward her mother. Using a Gestalt dialogue under hypnosis, Lana imagined her mother in front of her, and they engaged in a heartfelt conversation. Through visualization, she felt his presence and love once more, allowing her to release the guilt and accept that his departure was not her fault.
