Alone Together: An Interlife Journey from Alienation to Abundance

As a hypnotherapist, I’ve witnessed countless transformations, but every now and then, one unfolds like a sacred symphony—a poetic revelation from the soul. This is the story of a beautiful artist, a woman who guides others through sacred rituals with plant medicines, who came to me carrying a quiet ache: a sense of isolation amidst a life of service. After years of holding space for others, she was undergoing a profound internal shift. Her question was clear: What is my mission, and why does it feel so lonely—even divine, even cosmic?

A Cosmic Seed: Into the Womb

We began her session with a regression into the womb. What we encountered was not darkness, but light— a glowing, purple bubble, pulsing with life and grace. It wasn’t just a womb; it was a cosmos. She described a sense of music, of vibration, of harmony. There was no loneliness here—only presence.

Here, already, we found her first answer: You were never alone. You are born from sound, light, and knowing.

Walking Through Time: Past Lives and Inner Alchemy

From this purple sanctuary, we journeyed back through time. She landed in a past life as a man—firm, grounded, in his power, yet tender and emotionally present. Through his eyes, she remembered how to balance the feminine and masculine energies, to lead and to surrender, to create without losing herself. This life gave her clarity: her current path is not about choosing between strength and softness—it’s about unifying them.

The Interlife: A Bird of Paradise and the Galactic Mission

What came next was astonishing.

In the interlife—the space between lifetimes—we were met by an extraordinary guide: a bird of paradise, luminous and majestic, with feathers that shimmered like galaxies. This was not just a guide. This was a mirror of her soul. The bird didn’t speak in words, but in images and feelings, guiding her to a realization she had longed for but never fully understood:

“You are one of the souls sustaining the planet and the galaxies. There are others. You are never alone.”

This truth landed not as a metaphor, but as an embodied remembrance. A phrase emerged from her lips, half in wonder, half in laughter:

“Alone together. Together alone?”

We both laughed. It felt like a cosmic joke.

Because how can you ever be alone…

…when you are the whole?

The Jaguar’s Eye and the Silence Within

Then came a flood of visions.

The Eye of the Jaguar—her own eye—full of power, seeing through illusion.

The waterfall—her own voice—cleansing and cascading.

The silence—not absence, but presence, deep and eternal.

Her loneliness melted into something else: awe. Connection. Strength.

“Trust and enjoy,” the voice whispered from within.

“You are free and abundant. You are a spiral of energy. Your mission is serious. And you are already living it.”

For the first time in her life, she felt pride in her soul’s work. Not from ego, but from recognition. From remembering.

The Medicine Within

She also realized something unexpected. While plant medicines had been profound teachers in her path, this experience was different. There was no external catalyst—just her. Her breath. Her body. Her subconscious.

“This medicine,” she said, eyes still closed in trance, “is pure. It comes from me. No interference. Just truth. Just light.”

And that’s the miracle of hypnotherapy when used with deep presence and integrity:

It’s not about inducing visions. It’s about revealing who you already are.

Integration: From Otherworld to Earth

As she returned from the interlife, her entire energy shifted.

No longer did she feel like a being left behind on a strange planet.

She was a seer, a guardian, a cosmic artist—a soul in human form, on a mission already in motion.

Her sense of being “from another planet” no longer felt like alienation.

It felt like remembrance. And now she knew: she is not alone.

She is alone together—with all of us.

This is why I do this work.

To help people remember that they are the medicine, the light, the spiral, the song.

We carry the galaxies in our souls. And when we dare to look within—

we find home.
