Catalyst Maturity Pathway · Ch. 13 · Figure 19

Where are you on the pathway?

The catalyst does not arrive fully formed. This is the five-stage developmental pathway — from the first stirring of the call through the silent, generative presence of the sage. Click your current stage to see the typical signs and the next move.

Grounded in Cook-Greuter's later-stage development research. The pathway is not linear; catalysts often loop back to earlier stages before advancing. Know where you are — and what the next move is.

Stage 01 / 05

Aspirant

The call has arrived.

Something has stirred. A book, a loss, a quiet moment — and the old way of leading is no longer enough. You are not yet doing the work; you are recognising that work is yours to do.

Typical signs

  • · A growing sense that the surface of your life is too thin
  • · Curiosity about consciousness, shadow, peace — without a clear map
  • · First assessments taken, more out of seeking than rigor

The next move

Make one inner practice non-negotiable for two weeks. Then take the FP20 and ROUSER again — same instrument, different ground.

Woven into the platform

If you are signed in, the platform places your current stage on this pathway from all your data — FP20, ROUSER, the 10 competencies, archetype, journal, and referrals — and that stage modulates every reading and letter Luis writes for you.
