Approach
How the work is held.
A practice grounded in clinical training, contemplative science and twenty years of work with leaders, athletes and private clients. Always confidential, always at your pace.

The science
Trance is not sleep. It's focused attention.
Modern neuroscience shows hypnosis is a measurable state of brain-wave activity — predominantly theta and alpha — in which the analytical filters of the conscious mind soften and the deeper layers of the psyche become accessible.
In that state, the subconscious mind is unusually receptive to new associations. Carefully chosen suggestions can release a phobia, reframe a memory, or anchor a state of confidence in minutes — work that ordinary willpower might struggle to accomplish in years.
Luis combines this with NLP and coaching frameworks, ensuring change is integrated cognitively as well as emotionally.

FAQ
Questions clients ask before their first session.
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No. Hypnosis is a focused state of attention — like being deeply absorbed in a film or a piece of music. You remain fully aware, in control, and able to end the session at any moment.
Is hypnotherapy evidence-based?
Yes. It is supported by peer-reviewed research for anxiety, sleep, pain, IBS, smoking cessation, public-speaking anxiety and more. Luis trained clinically at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy.
What happens in a Life Between Lives® session?
LBL® is a longer container (4–5 hours) developed by the Michael Newton Institute. It guides you through the soul's experience between incarnations — meeting your guides and soul group. It requires a prior regression session.
How many sessions will I need?
Many issues shift in a single 90-minute session. Deeper or layered work may need 3–6. We set expectations together at the start, and adjust as we go.
Are sessions confidential?
Always. Everything that happens in the room — or on Zoom — is held under strict confidentiality.
