Zaragoza, 22 October 2026 — Hypnosis, a collective regression and hope
At the III International Congress on Contemplative Sciences and Mindfulness I presented “Hypnosis and regressive therapies: from the story of Vāsiṣṭha to Fundamental Peace”, and in the afternoon we did a collective regression together: to childhood, to the prenatal stage and to past lives.

The day
A room ready to look within
The congress is a dialogue between ancestral wisdom and the contemporary science of mind, organised by the Chair in Contemplative Sciences and Mindfulness — a joint initiative of the University of Zaragoza and the World Happiness Foundation.
The morning lecture followed one thread: from the Yoga Vāsiṣṭha, where the mind makes the world it lives in, to the trance of modern hypnotherapy and to Fundamental Peace. In the afternoon workshop we put it into practice with a collective regression to childhood, to the prenatal stage and to past lives, accompanied by the song “Solo la mente”.
What stayed
Hope, and the sense that flourishing is possible
What people shared at the end was hope, and the sense that flourishing is possible. Thank you to everyone who dared to close their eyes and look within. Each experience is personal; regression is offered as an exploration, and hypnotherapy complements, never replaces, medical or psychological care.
