Guides' Collective Wisdom · Session 3

What the guides said when we asked what is being born.

Reflections from the third Guides' Collective Wisdom session with MNI Life Between Lives facilitators — an inquiry into emergence, the new template of consciousness, and how to become a conduit for it.

Facilitated by Prof. Luis Miguel Gallardo · July 2026

The Guides' Collective Wisdom Sessions are a small experiment: a circle of MNI-trained Life Between Lives facilitators enters hypnosis together and puts the same seven questions to their guides. Session 1 asked what humanity needs to understand. Session 2 excavated the architecture of suffering. Session 3 closed the arc by asking what is already arriving — and how we serve it. What follows is a synthesis of the learnings, without attributing any voice to any facilitator.

Q1

What is already being born

The first surprise was how quickly the guides answered — and how quietly. What is being born, they said, is not a project or an institution. It is pure love and compassion, an interconnection humanity is beginning to remember. It is a peace already present, hiding in plain sight underneath the noise. It is not descending upon us; it is pushing up from the inside, like a seed.

The instruction to midwife it was equally simple: patience, presence, and the willingness to keep walking through the pain of the transition without collapsing it into suffering. No grand gestures. Become someone through whom a more loving world can naturally express itself, one small choice at a time.

Q2

Living inside the new template

When asked to describe an ordinary day inside the new consciousness, the guides did not describe a utopia. They described ease. Work that arises from care rather than fear. Community that organises itself without debate because each person is already in harmony inside. Prosperity that is not scarcity-based. Agreements held without being spoken.

The common note: the template is not something to be acquired. It is a remembering of what has always been underneath. Access is described as a choice, a decision, and an allowing.

Q3

Our part, and theirs

Every voice in the circle heard, in some form, that there is no real separation — but there is a division of labour. Our part is to be the love, the forgiveness, the acceptance, the welcome. To cultivate inner harmony and send it outward as pure intention. To do the facilitations, hold the circles, touch the hearts in front of us.

Their part is to respond to that signal — to send light back, to brighten dimmed sparkles, to remind us that forgiveness is possible when we have forgotten. The image that repeated: a celestial fabric of threads and sparkles, held by many hands.

Q4

Receiving the help already offered

This was the most confronting question. The help, the guides said, is not scarce. It is constant. What is scarce is our capacity to receive it.

The circle mapped a granular inventory of what we refuse to let in: silence (because noise feels safer), rest (because productivity is our identity), uncertainty (because certainty feels like control), forgiveness (because suffering feels more responsible), joy without guilt, love without earning it, connection without a role. Each one, a tiny invisible door we keep closed. Receiving is less a search than a noticing.

Q5

What the rising feminine asks

The feminine that emerged in the transcripts was not gendered and not soft-focus. It was a corrective to a way of life that has become mechanical. In the body: stop treating it as a machine to master; listen to it as an intelligence. In families: replace perfection with presence — people remember whether they felt seen. In institutions: notice when preserving the system has become more important than serving the human being in front of it. When that reversal happens, something sacred has been forgotten.

The feminine, the guides said, is fertile ground. It creates the conditions in which the new template can actually take root.

Q6

What to teach the children

The instruction here was unusual: teach them to remember, not to become. Give them a vocabulary for what they already know — names for the feelings, images for the interconnection, practices that keep the channel open. Kindness as a physical act. Silence as safe. Their own intuition as trustworthy. Nature as kin, not scenery.

Q7

What we are becoming together

At the close, the three voices in the circle landed in different octaves of the same chord. One heard urgency and celebration: get this out, the moment is now. Another heard mechanism: light codes, frequency, amplification, the circle as an antenna. A third heard serenity: trust, continue, do not rush; projects are living things; allow the wind of the universe to carry them.

Together, the message was: the next form of this work will arrive when we keep meeting and keep listening. The circle itself is the instrument.

Six threads across the circle

  • Already here. The new is not coming. It is hiding under the noise, waiting to be noticed.
  • Inside out. Collective harmony follows inevitably from individual harmony. No debate required.
  • Choose, decide, allow. Access is not earned. It is permitted.
  • Pain, not suffering. Pain is a passage. Suffering is where we get stuck retelling the pain.
  • Receiving is a skill. The help is continuous; the block is on our side.
  • Serve the human, not the system. Whenever the reverse takes over, something sacred has been forgotten.
