This open-access chapter explores the relationship between self-clarity and happiness among artisans in rural India. It integrates positive psychology, self-determination theory, the PERMA model and culturally adapted contemplative practices, examining how self-concept clarity may support anxiety reduction, well-being enhancement, vocational identity and psychological flourishing among rural artisans.
